In the winter season, the 'Moya' is exported in various parts of West Bengal from both the permanent and temporary 'Moya' shops of Joynagar-Majilpur. On an average 50 to 70 Kgs. of 'Moya' is sold everyday from the temporary shops. 5 unskilled and 2 skilled employees are required to produce 50 to 70 Kgs of 'Moya' everyday. From the permanent famous shops on an average 90 to 100 Kgs. of 'Moya' is prepared and sold, everyday 8 to 10 skilled & unskilled employees are required to produce his huge quality of 'Moya'.
